What we do

Translate My Subtitle is an AI-powered subtitle translation platform. Upload a subtitle file in any common format (SRT, ASS, SSA, VTT, SBV, SUB, SMI, LRC), choose a target language, and download the translated output with original timing preserved. Batch processing, bilingual export, and a full set of subtitle utilities sit alongside the core translator.

Technical approach

Translation is powered by Google Gemini 2.5 Flash-Lite, tuned for subtitle phrasing rather than generic machine translation. The system processes full file context so terminology stays consistent across hundreds of subtitle entries. Output preserves timing cues, formatting tags, and file structure without corruption.
